My First Day to the Gym
I did it!
Man it is hard to believe how hard it is to get back into it. It is almost depressing how far I have gone down. I am lifting less than I was lifting when I began the first time (well it feels like that) but worse is the stamina. I am doing two sets with high reps. The warm-up set was easy, but then with the same weight the second set was HARD. If I remember correctly this is something the gets better fast so I am not too worried.
Also I am taking it very easy so that I don’t get really sore and then get discouraged.
Anyway, I should get to work….
