This Week was a Write off

There is one huge issue about getting back to the gym.  And that issue is GETTING BACK TO THE GYM.

I have said before and I will say it again, You have to make time for the physical activity.  But guess what, it is much easier to say that than to do it.  I have yet to make it to the gym this week, and I can’t even blame work.  I haven’t worked a minute of overtime all week.  But the thing that really gets in the way is that I am on course tomorrow so I won’t even be able to go the the office B-Ball game during lunch.  That is the one thing that I have done every week since it started.

One good thing that I have been doing is keeping my log.  I have a log of everything that I have put in my pie hole for the last week.  Knowing that I am going to have to write it down keeps me from putting a lot of things in my tummy.  Just the knowledge that I am going to have to review the book at a later time is deterrent enough.

However just watching what I am eating is not going to be enough, I HAVE to make it to the gym, and I am going to do it.  If not tomorrow I am going to be sure to get there Friday, because if I don’t it is not going to be till next Tuesday when I will have the chance to again.

Any, cheers for now, and if you have the chance check out some of the articles that I have posted.

Many people are turning to snacking during the day to avoid the constant cravings and the binge eating that they experience when they haven’t eaten a proper breakfast or lunch. Here are some tips on snacking.

Many people starve themselves the entire day because they don’t have time to eat breakfast and lunch, once they get out of work, they binge and eat anything in sight, usually not being choosey. You can cut down on the junk you eat by curbing your appetite with snacking.

Don’t snack with processed food such as candy bars or pop tarts; enjoy real food such as fresh fruits and vegetables. An apple can be a great satisfier and is low in calories and high in energy.
