Coffee and Acetaminophen Hurts your liver

Hungover? Don’t down lots of coffee with acetaminophen: study
I just read this article and am not sure what to think about it. I do think that there is some misleading information in it and that the this is not as surprising as it may seem. It has been known for a long time that Acetaminophen and Alcohol taken together will hurt the liver, in the way that it is much more toxic, therefore the liver has to work harder, which “shortens” the liver’s life.
Adding the coffee to the mix just hurts the issue as caffine is another “toxin” that the liver has to filter from the body. I will have to wait to see more information from more studies before I stop drinking coffee the next day. As for taking myself a Tylenol in the morning is something that I have stopped already as there is more studies done and this link is much more established.
